Where can my products be sold?
We offer two different concepts – Stadium and Stadium Outlet. Stadium focuses on the latest new arrivals and trends in sports and sports fashion, with products characterised by exceptional functionality, design and quality. Whereas Stadium Outlet, with its consistently low prices in sports and leisure, is the obvious choice for the more price-conscious customer.

How do I connect my products to Stadium’s system?
There are a number of integration options. From manual connections to fully automated solutions. Contact us and we’ll help you find the most profitable solution for your company.

What happens when my products are sold out?
Your products are only visible and available for sale as long as there is a stock balance for them in the Stadium system. As a seller, you have full control over this – either by manually adjusting and updating stock levels, or by a convenient automatic integration with Stadium.

How does payment work?
After Stadium has deducted the agreed commission from the order value, payment is made to you as a seller twice a month. An easy way for you to free up time for your core business.

How are deliveries made?
As a seller, it’s your responsibility to send the product directly from your warehouse to the customer, and also to manage any returns and complaints. With our well-functioning process, you can ensure fast and reliable delivery to your customers, while providing first-class customer service.

Who handles any customer questions about products or deliveries?
The Stadium customer service team answers customer questions about products and deliveries with expertise and care. We ensure that every customer request is managed professionally and efficiently to ensure the smoothest and most rewarding shopping experience possible.
