SOCIAL.
We assume responsibility for people throughout our value chain – from suppliers and factories to our employees and customers. Through clear requirements, follow-up and long-term partnerships, we are striving to ensure good working conditions, responsible production and safe products.
Suppliers & factories.
Our ambition is for our products to be manufactured in a socially, environmentally and ethically sustainable way. This requires clear guidelines and long-term collaboration with our suppliers. We are working with a selective number of suppliers to create better conditions for influencing and pursuing improvements over time.
Requirements and follow-up.
We require that our products are manufactured in accordance with our Code of Conduct and Code of Business Ethics. We expect our suppliers to share our values and meet our requirements.
We have a clear process for approving new suppliers and following up on collaboration over time. Factories are regularly inspected and assessed with reference to specific criteria in order to identify risks and areas for improvement.
If deficiencies are identified, we draw up corrective action plans (CAP) together with the supplier. We follow up to ensure that the improvements are implemented.
All of our manufacturing suppliers sign our Supply Code of Conduct and Supply Code of Ethics annually. We check compliance with the requirements through independent audits and follow-up procedures.
Our employees.
Our employees are a prerequisite for our success. We want to be a workplace where people thrive, develop and are given the opportunity to contribute. By investing in our employees, we strengthen both the individual and the business.
Focus areas.
We are working to create good conditions for our employees by offering:
A safe and secure work environment
An inclusive, gender equal workplace
A strong corporate culture that reflects our values
We embody our vision.
We conduct regular follow-up on the employee experience through dialogue, employee surveys and other follow-up processes. The results are used to develop the organisation, strengthen leadership and ensure that our values are embedded in the business.
The Stadium Way and Employee CoC.
Our corporate culture, The Stadium Way, guides the way we act in our everyday lives – towards each other, our customers and our partners.
It is complemented by our Employee Code of Conduct, which describes our expectations of ethics, respect and responsible conduct.
Careers page.
We want to be an attractive employer and offer opportunities for development throughout the business.
Through internal career paths, training and active leadership, we create the conditions for our employees to develop together with us.
The safety of our customers.
To activate the world, our products and services need to be safe. This applies to both product safety and the protection of our customers’ personal data.
Data security.
We protect our customers’ personal data through clear processes, secure data management and continuous follow-up. This work includes both technical solutions and internal procedures to ensure integrity and compliance with applicable legislation.
Product safety.
Our products must be safe to use and comply with applicable legal requirements in all our markets.
We work systematically with risk assessments and safety requirements throughout the entire product life cycle – from design and material selection to the finished product.

Quality.
Our products are tested both internally and by independent testing institutes to ensure that they comply with the latest safety and quality standards in our markets as well as our own internal requirements.
We conduct ongoing tests of quality, durability, safety, function and chemicals.
Examples of tests we conduct:
Fit
Sustainability
Functional properties
Laundering and stability
Chemicals
Child safety.
Our children’s range is subject to the strictest of rules. The products are designed with a focus on safety and comply with relevant standards, such as EN 14682:2014.
All products undergo a risk assessment to ensure that they are safe to use.
We also participate in industry initiatives and standardisation work to contribute to the development of safer children’s clothing. One example is that our own-brand children’s outerwear has detachable hoods to reduce the risk of accidents.

Chemicals.
We are pursuing a long-term approach to phase out harmful substances and reduce the impact of chemicals on people and the environment. This work covers the entire value chain and applies to both in-house and external brands..
Our chemical requirements are based on our Chemical Guidance and Restricted Substance List (RSL). The requirements go beyond current legislation, such as REACH.
By specifying requirements, testing and following up, we ensure that our products comply with both legal requirements and internal guidelines.
We have gradually phased out several high-risk substances:
Biocides and antibacterial treatments
Phthalates
PFAS in clothing, shoes and large parts of the range
Fluorine-based ski wax
Corresponding requirements apply to external brands. In certain product categories, where alternatives are still limited, we are working actively to find replacements that maintain function and quality.
Work with chemicals is an integral element of our quality controls and is followed up through tests and factory inspections.
