The other races take place in September – Lidingöloppet 30 km, 15 km and Rosa Bandet-loppet 10 km, in partnership with the Swedish Cancer Society. Stadium has been a proud main sponsor of Lidingöloppet since 2018.

Midnattsloppet

Midnattsloppet was first held in 1982 and, just like today, it took place in Södermalm, Stockholm. The idea behind this midnight run came from a few Hammarby fans who were out on a jog in the late 1970s. Inspired by the Rio Carnival, the aim was to combine sport and culture as a way for different generations to meet in a natural way.

Midnattsloppet is one of the Nordic region’s biggest and most popular runs, with around 50 000 registered participants each year, in two countries. As well as the route around Södermalm, the run also takes place in Helsinki, Malmö and Gothenburg. Stadium has been a main sponsor of Midnattsloppet since 2008.

Runacademy

Founded in 2013 in Södermalm, Stockholm. Runacademy now has running groups in over 50 locations across Sweden and also offers online coaching, running courses, running holidays and more. Each year, over 6 000 runners train with Runacademy, whose purpose is: “To spread the joy of running to the whole of Sweden, through knowledge, inspiration and community”.

Stadium’s partnership with Runacademy began in 2019 and has resulted in inspiration, activities and offers aimed not only at the organisation’s members, but also our customers and employees.

Naisten Kymppi

Naisten Kymppi is Finland’s biggest running event for women. Held in Helsinki every year since 1984, the event attracts women and girls of all ages. Stadium has been a proud main sponsor since 2017.

Naisten Kymppi focuses on health and well-being, leaving participants to choose whether they want to run, jog or walk the 10 km at their own pace, enjoying the fun and relaxed atmosphere along the way!

Helsinki Ski Weeks

Since 2022, Helsinki Ski Weeks has been organized in the heart of Helsinki, and Stadium has been a proud main sponsor since start.

Helsinki Ski Weeks is a unique event that opens for skiing in a historic environment in the middle of town for about a month. The event is open to everyone, regardless of whether it is the first time you put on a pair of cross-country skis or if you are betting on winning the competition that is being arranged. Swedish Vasaloppet race

Vasaloppet is a non-profit organisation owned by IFK Mora and Sälens IF. Any cash surplus goes back into Swedish sports clubs. Today, almost 100 000 skiers, cyclists and runners attend the year-round events that it runs – young and old, amateurs and professionals.

As a main partner since 2002, Stadium’s contribution includes its own rehydration station and pop-up stores to improve the participants’ experience. Together, the officials, sponsors, landowners, local authorities and other partners generate a broad interest in sports, fitness and public health – and make sports clubs better able to keep running.

Each year Vasaloppet attracts around 100 000 participants in total.
