Competition General Terms and Conditions
By entering the competition, you agree to the following conditions:
The competition:
Stadium’s #backtostrong competition starts at 00.01 am on the 17th of January and ends at 23.59 pm on the 13th of February 2016. Every Monday during the competition period, two lucky winners will be announced.
Follow Ida Warg’s weekly challenge on youtube.com/idawarg. To enter the competition, you need to accept Ida Warg’s challenge for each week. Upload your image on Instagram tagged with #backtostrong and @stadium_jointhemovement, and motivate why you should win.
There is no limit on the amount of submissions allowed per contestant. The persons with the most motivated submissions will be chosen as winners. The winners will be notified and presented the following week on Stadium’s Instagram-account and on Ida Warg’s socials channels.
By entering this competition, you approve that Stadium and Ida Warg has the right to use your submission and your Instagram username in this competition, and register your username in order to contact you regarding the competition, on our social media channels and web page. Facebook and Instagram do not support, do not administer and are in no way involved in this competition.
Employees at Stadium are not allowed to participate in the competition.
The contestants:
Two winners will be chosen every Monday during the competition period. That is eight (8) winners in total. The last two winners will be announced on the 14th of February 2016.
The prize for all winners is the training outfit that Ida Warg is wearing in the challenge for each week. The winners will receive the prize as a voucher. To be able to redeem your voucher you need to visit a Stadium store. The voucher will be valid until March 31st, 2016, and enables you to receive the products for a training outfit that is stated in the voucher.
Stadium reserve the right to require that the parent or guardian of any person aged 18 or under confirm in writing that they agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and will accept any prize on behalf of an under-aged-winner.
General terms:
Submitted motivations must not violate any law. It is therefore not allowed to contribute with submissions containing, for example pornographic or racist content. Contestants are also responsible for making sure the submission do not infringe on another's copyright or in any other way violates the rights of others. Stadium does not bear any responsibility for submissions contrary to these terms and reserves the right to exclude such a submission from participating in the competition.
The jury consists of representatives from Stadium. They will base their decision on the creative quality and motivation of why the contestant should win in relation to the question on each competition post. The jury’s decision cannot be appealed.
The winner will be contacted individually through Instagram. It is the responsibility of the contestant to check back for the winner announcement on Instagram. It is the responsibility of the winner to pay any profit tax.
