As one of the largest sports retailers in the Nordic region , we have a responsibility to make sure that the products we sell are made in conditions that are fair for not only the workers but also the environment and the society we all share. This goes for our own brands as well as brands from external suppliers. Since we are a sports retailer, it is easy to draw parallels with the world of sports – we want to stick to the rules and play a fair game. This philosophy is something we demand from all of our business partners .
More than 75,000 children have gathered eve ry summer since 1995 for an unforgettable week filled with sports, fun and new friends.
We place very stringent safety demands on our products for children. Part of our assortment is designed especially for children and follows EU directives (EN 14682:2014) for child - safe products. Our clothes for children must naturally also live up to our own standards on features and functionality, durability and safety. Therefore, we always conduct a general risk assessment o f our products to guarantee that the health and safety of children who wear our clothing are not compromised. One example of this is that the hoods on all jackets and overalls for children are detachable .
Minimizing the impact on the environment is a big challenge for all textile manufacturers. One way we do this a t Stadium is to use Solution Dye, a special technique used to dye fabric for clothing.
